LENDAVA does not offer refunds. In the unlikely case you received a damaged product, we are happy to exchange this for you as long as it is unopened and declared within 14 days of receiving your order. Lendava currently ships only within The United States.
Your order will arrive within 5-7 business days if free shipping is selected.
If you would like to return a gift, we can provide a site credit for the value of your return if the item shipped directly to you.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 5-10 business days.
